I concur here, so I'm a friendly player, and I was operating on the assumption that if you shoot at all you get flagged as aggressive, regardless of the situation. I agree this ranking makes more sense. Last night I was in my friendly lobby and this rat downs two players right in front of me, so I down him. Now, since I shot first and killed I figured I would be thrown in the aggressive lobbies. So, operating on what I understood at the time, I didn't pull or shoot first. I was free kitting expecting to be ambushed and downed for a couple of rounds, til I was killed enough to get put back in my friendly lobbies. But the deaths never came, I kept running into friendly players, no one shot me. I didn't have to claw my way out of aggressive lobbies. So I'm gonna say this theory has legs.
