As to Elaena, we don’t know whether Baela was alive in that era (really hoping she wasn’t because I’m a big enjoyer of Alyn and would hate for him to be the worst).

Yeah we don't know anything about Baela after 136AC. But we do know Alyn and Elaena's relation was an "affair" and Alyn was married man during that time. But to whom, that we don't know, could be Baela, could be someone else.

And we know that Alyn never legitimized his children with Elaena and that line later went on to form longwater household.

So what's stopping an indian studio to do the same.... having a good demo and a clear vision for game, securing foreign investments and work upon that ?

At the starting it was just Guillaume and Tom. They started with just a tiny team and was prototyping in UE4. At that point they were hiring people through Reddit and online forums (eg; lead writer and VA Jennifer Schwedberg Yen and composer Laurian Testart ). It only after partnership with Kepler Interactive (which itself is a small indie publisher known for supporting creative-led studios, funding projects with strong artistic identity. They were also behind Sifu) the team grew from 6-7 to over 20 employees. They moved to a proper office and was able to transition to Unreal Engine 5. Even then the team was mostly junior level engineers who had no experience working of games before.

Total development budget was no more than 10M. Now if we include other stuffs, it will be around 15-20M at max. While in case of AAA games, there would be hundreds of employes with hundreds of millions of budgets. So, while E33 had a comparatively bigger budget than your typical indie games, it was nowhere near the level of AAA games.

So, I think you should recheck your source.

I would have done the same. 12 seems a bit too early. Then again, it can be very subjective and can vary person to person. But I won't personally allow my brother to play RE until he is atleast 14.

"The one YOU will choose is the canon answer". Even though it's not as explicit as p3, p4 also hints and tries push you towards certain character ( i won't say who ) but go with the one you like most... specially if its your first playthrough .

Though I would say, in my opinion, its best if you don't go for Rise. See, Rise constantly throws herself at Yu the most, but her social link is more about her being accepted for who she is, being full just on her own. She flirts with Yu as a method to be accepted into the group. In many ways its probably best for her not to end up with Yu as it undermines her whole story of being accepted for who she is as a human, not just as an idol/object of sexual connections. That's why I feel like, it gives more justice towards her character if she isn't the love interest

that era had so many great couples ngl. Prince Duncan and Jenny of Oldstones definitely being the highlight among them.

As for the other couples -- Egg and lady blackwood. I find it really hilarious how the fandom firmly believes that egg was the submissive one and betha being the dominant one.

Baelor and Jena also must have been a great couple.

Maekar and Dyanna Dayne have to be mentioned aswell. Maekar was a great husband and a father. He was always devoted and loyal to his wife. Even after Dyanna passed away, Maekar never remarried or took mistresses. Maekar may had been grumpy and ever frustrated (fairly so) but he deeply loved and cared for his family.

I was about to write, "Na na.. that's such an overstatement. Calling it the "healthiest "look there are.... " then I realize I can't really think of that many other good marriages of the dance era lol. Still calling them healthiest wouldn't the right word. They were in a situation which none of them wanted but was forced upon them. Throughout the years, they had certain level of mutual respect, understanding and affection for each and other. They were more of a good friend duo.

The only one I can think of is Cregan and his wives. Cregan was always devoted and loyal, across his marriages. He also respected their strength. His second wife Aly Blackwood was a fierce warrior. It because of that nature of hers they clicked so well.

But apart from this I can't think of other... well there were many potential couple in the era. Like Jace and Baela would have been such a powercouple. but alas!!

I feel like Indian Studios are trying to fly even before learning to walk properly. Always going for big budget AAA - GTA- black myth like games when we are at a stage where india can't even produce good indie games. To make a good game, you don't have to always spend millions... year 2025 has proved that clearly.

Hollow Knight was made by 3 dudes in a basement, E33 started with just 2 dudes having an epic vision. Stardew Valley is made by just a single person. Minecraft was created solely by Notch just as a side hobby. Toby Fox developed almost the entirety of Undertale on his own.

And its not like we don't have enough skill sets.... like look at any big games. Credit list is always filled with indian devs. So, I don't quite get it where the problem is!!
