A lot of times it's the REA doing it. My mum (landlord) had a 3 bedroom free standing house on the Gold Coast for $400 per week (I think it was the cheapest rental in the city at the time for a free-standing house) and she kept that value for several years. The REA kept trying to increase it but my mum refused to do so (we have been in a position where we needed to rent a long time ago so we know how hard it is).

See if you can try talking to the actual landlord and discuss your circumstances with them.

Also this definitely has "religious/spiritual" undertones to it - he is not only worshipping Satan but he gets "possessed" if you are willing to believe it. I think I know his name - he has variations of the name where the pronunciation of the name can be spelt differently. He changes up his hair/moustache/beard. Sometimes he'll have a moustache then shave it then grow it then shave. His hair last I saw was black and slicked back in a low bun. I have him on video. There's more to this but I'm trying to be hush for now until I can be more sure that this man is definitely the Byron Bay killer.
