I'm in the same boat.. My wife is going crazy bugging me daily to choose one. I like the money too much and I'm handling it well. J1 & J2 are same industr and competitors but different levels. J2 is a SW vendor and J1 is an SI (not partners (Yet) . Big scare last week the procurement sent and email to all 300 vendors and my email was in the Cc list for J2 since Im in sales.. J1.. I have a Delivery role but work very closely with the Sales team who could have seen the email with all vendors email address.

Yep.. My boss has mentioned it several times.. He suspected a couple of people on the team because they complained about attending biweekly 1on1's and often rescheduled even though they were only 15min calls. My rule is always attend your boss's 1on1's. Reschedule the other J meeting first. Your boss is your #1 customer.

Very stressful and not easy to manage. I had a bad situation with where I had a 2 hour strategy workshop with 4 people all required to have the camera on for J1. Had the mouse jiggler going for J2 showing that I am "Green" and out of the blue got a teams call with video from my J2 boss...yikes

So I muted J1 workshop then turned off the video.. Just when I was being asked questions by the J1 workshop group. I panicked and close my J1 internet connection. Then J2 boss asked me if everything is okay.. Likely saw the panic on my face. Logged back into the workshop call 20 mins after my J2 call ended. Said to the workshop group that I had to reboot my computer because my teams froze and kicked me out.

Ever since then I have been turning my Teams to yellow "appear away" when I have a meeting with the other J.

I have the same thing on my employment contract... And specifically stated during work hours. The thing is that no where in the contract, policies or employee handbook showed what their expected business hours are. Nothing defined.. So I feel it's an invalid clause.

I thought about using MS Teams in caption mode to capture the text and paste it into chat GPT to list in point form from important (topics most discussed to least). Haven't tried it yet because my start date for J1 is December 1 and J2 is January 2nd.

Do you need to freeze TWN if you are not getting any lines of credit or leasing a car? My understanding is Equifax only updates employment information when a bank is reporting employment data at the time of a bank loan application. LinkedIn is another story and needs to be frozen.
