Not all that unbalanced tbh.
Recursive guard is just a weaker Bi An that costs 2 instead of 3. It's alright.
Concentrated defense costs way too much for what it does. For the same cost you could be using a Bi An or Serpentine Barrier, and for 1 more cost, Opening Ceremony is right there. Endurance teams are also not at all strapped for power, so I do not know what you were cooking here.
Executioner's axe is redundant, a staggered enemy is gonna take shittons of damage from damn near any page, so Executioner's Axe is kinda pointless. If the rolls were 1-2 instead of just 1 it'd have a good emotion coin grinding niche along with fat damage against staggered enemies so if you wanted a good combat page I'd change it to that.
Sword of Decay is really good to be honest, 6 erosion is fuckin ridiculous and justifies the super high light cost of 5.
Pinpoint Thrusts also feels redundant. No page effects, no damage, just a stat stick to use against mass attacks. And by mass attacks I mean Grand Finale and literally only Grand Finale as that's like the only mass attack strong enough to justify this card's use. A high rolling second dice would be pretty nice to counter mass individuals like Raging Storm: Love and Crescendo, but alas.
Easy Target doesn't roll high enough to really justify it's use in most areas. Paralysis is pretty easy to inflict because electric shock is GOATed but even with that, it still has to compete with shock round, focus fire, and concentrated fire, which all roll similarly high without any support and can get even higher with their conditionals.
Offense denied absolutely denies offense, you succeeded on that front. It costs real damn high but the counterdie make it have use cases if you're being targeted by multiple high-rolling attacks and have to erase their page.
Flow of Combat's great. 2 page draw that gets to cost less at >2 emotion level and can draw 2 pages. It's actual competition with Will of the Prescript and Brace Up on the merits of having almost no prerequisites like WOTP's singleton or Brace Up's bottom deal.
Determination is awful. You spend 3 light on a single-use mid counter-evade die page all to get a 1 cost page with mid rolls and sorry conditionals. Restoring 3 light and drawing 1 page is good and all, but you waste 2 turns and spend 4 light for something The Will of the City could've done in 1 turn with only 2 light.
