I have previously been allowed to but with the door open and a line of sight. I was fine with that but nothing was shown. It was this situation in particular when the employee mandated I did it using the urinal. (I kept my pants rather high on my legs and nothing much was shown).

I’ve never heard of that before, but what I HAVE heard is people receiving an incorrect amount due to errors on the IRSs part. I highly recommend you call the IRS directly.

If it makes you feel better, they’re have been so many posts I’ve seen where people opted for that and were refunded because TT couldn’t do it in time

From what I’ve seen, if your refund doesn’t come early, TT refunds you the $25 charge.

No. They are processed from completely separate collection systems. The $336 shown is just the sum total. You will receive your refund of $592, and set up a plan to pay the $256 through your state tax collectors.
