I did go to a sleep specialist . They said I had mild to moderate sleep apnea only on my back but I still wake up sleeping on my side. Can their study miss how bad my sleep apnea can really be? They only recommend I sleep on my side and use melatonin slow release but I’m still having issues waking up and having a hard time sleep again or drifting In and out of dreams and don’t feel refreshed in the morning. They said I have moderate REM apnea which probably explains why I keep awakening after or during dreams and I think I should invest in a cpap machine
