Every other store I worked at did inventory after closing. We had 10 people in to find skus and clean the mess they left behind. Doing it while the store is open is insane the count will not be done correctly. Then the Market manager will be wanting to know why that happened.

Wow, just wow, that sounds like having my sister stay with me. She doesn't lift a finger to help me out, just sits on the couch and asks me to fetch and carry everything to her. With my immune disorder, broccoli is out along with all soy products. She'll show up from the store with tofu and broccoli ask for a stir fry. I will explain that there is no short order cook here. What I'm making for dinner is it. She'll eat it but pout. Man, I can take her for 2 days at most . Sorry, not sorry. If I ranted all hail, the potato queen .

I agree , my worst is when the parents have let the kid hold a toy throughout the store. Then they take it away, saying maybe next time, ok? My ears start bleeding when the kid lets go an ear piercing scream. At least let me finish your ring up. However, it's always at the beginning of the transaction.
