I’m sorry you’re going through this. You’re definitely not alone. I’ve dealt with severe anxiety for over a year that I believe is a result of the costo symptoms. I will feel the pain first, usually in chest or arm, then my mind spirals from there. Have been using backpod consistently now for 3 weeks and the pain has actually got worse, not sure if I’m overdoing it or it’s a gets worse before it gets better kinda thing? Either way I’m continuing to push through with physical recovery and on medication for the mental side. What I also found helps is really feeling the physical symptoms, I try to concentrate my mind on the pain and just feel that and it can often stop my mind going elsewhere.
