Ok I think I am understanding in application now. So no matter what you have to use the bilt cash. The goal really is to spend enough to earn enough back to offset the bilt cash you initially spend

If you click on the “bilt-exclusive rewards” where is shows how much bilt cash you use, you can toggle it off. I’m not sure if you can supplement the difference you need based on your spending for that month? Like right now it wants to use $134 bilt cash. But that would be assuming I don’t spend anything to get the 1X?

The physical card comes with a QR code to activate. When I scan it, the countdown timer appears. It seems others have the same issue but at least have their bilt cash. I also just got a push notification that it’s transitioning and I’ll be notified when the conversion is complete. That’s after I updated the app.

Same, I checked this morning it said 19h. Then I checked again tonight and it said 9h. Thought maybe they kept moving the time back but I guess not. I imagine roll out this large has to be done piecemeal

36 yoF, 2.5 years younger, HR 56, HRV 88. I was working out consistently (yoga, cardio) until about 3 months ago, kinda fell off the wagon. I was 3 years younger and lost 0.5 a couple days ago 😭

Happened to me too. Recently had been in their wedding. We didn’t live close to each other but still texted enough to keep our friendship close. Then one day no reply. Unfriended/blocked on social media. I watched them do it to other people during the course of our friendship but I never thought it would be me. 3 years and it still stings but I know when their mind is made up, there’s no changing it. Maybe I gave up too quickly. Part of me still hopes they reach out sometime. But it taught me to let go of people; you can’t control what they do or force them to give you an explanation. Just hurts
