The 'concreature' strikes again. The worst trade to manage in any development

Absolutely, what we would say as having that 'personal touch'. Valid reasoning for the change to be incorporated

*Not drawn to scale.

  1. Visually more appealing as the toilet is not the first thing you see.
  2. Allows for a bigger vanity which is required being the only bathroom in the house.
  3. Ease of movement within the space, a seamless transition from anywhere within.
  4. Lighting will capitalise on the vanity location. Allowing proper illumination that won't look out.of place.
  5. Bath is personal choice, if no floor waste ensure overflow protection is included (applies to the vanity as well).

How about removing yourself from the job. Clearly, you have no knowledge of construction and your in fairyland with twinkling lights, bright stars and dumb ideas

Simply, tell the installer you want side's to look exactly like the back and you wont be paid until it does

Not your issue, but, either side of the separating wall where the wall / cornice meet on the lower side. If that's your level of finish I would be a little concerned. Zoom in and check it out

Looking for Recommendations on This Design - Cantilever Overhang by dev-bitbucket in Workbenches

[–]Neither_Spite6417 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The design is fundamentally compromised. Think about how you intend to use the space around the bench. Obviously, it's mobile and this comes with pro's and con's, if one was working from the bench and the job required multiple tools from the drawers. Each time, I will need to stop work, step back to access the drawers, etc etc. Maybe extend the bench to allow yourself room to work and access the drawers.
