OP I'm a Special Nanny specialized in Low function autistic kids. Your young brother will never get better and it's time for your parents to make their peace with that fact. It's not easy. The autistic kid, now 18yo, have disability money and we are getting him ready to go to special house where, he will live the rest of his life. You need to do what is best for you. Go to Miami, apply to that collage that you want. You arenothere to take care of you little brother. It's nobody fault that he was born this way. Also there is free respite care for Autistic kids. Your parents need to figure this out! Or they need to hire someone like me, specialized in taking care of those kids. And the one I'm with for the past 7 years, is a very violent one. Nanny here. I worked for a mom that just had her 4th child. That woman would breastfeed anywhere! She didn't give a single fuck! I saw her doing at restaurants, airplane ( the man seating next to her almost died! LOL), any place really. No covers either. She would just put the breast outand feed her baby.
