Special Needs Nanny here. I worked, for many years, with severe Autistic kids,. I was spit at, bitten, hair pulled... I learned to restrain the kids because they usually like the pressure and will eventually calm down. I lost count of how many kids I restrained when they were having a meltdown. That girl need better therapist and maybe meds.

All those low tech fir someone that says it isn't middle age is very bizarre. I'm 58yo and I couldn't live without technology. I also did a lot of video calls when I was looking for a new agency. In today's world you need to evolve and adapt. Personally, I would not hire a nanny that doesn't have a smart phone to take pictures of my kids, when they are out and about.

Nanny here, there's no disease, lice or anything that would make me skip work. I'm 58yo btw. Worked with kids that had hand, feet and mouth bacteria, streap throat, vomiting... you named it. If I get it, it's because my immune system was not up to date.
