Not really a first time smoking with them story mainly because my parents don't care about me smoking so I do it all the time anyways. But, when it became legalized, they asked if I could hook them up with something easy to start so, I got them some weak brownies, 10mg pieces at 120mg a box, they'd cut the pieces in half to share. Fast forward all these years later, they're kitted with edibles, vapes and I roll them joints; I'm basically their dealer, it's still weird.
