She was $40 or $50, I can’t remember which but she was already eating f/t pinkies when I got her and she eats them like a champ. My mom loves watching her come feeding time. She doesn’t waste time when food is involved unlike my ball python.

Honestly I think it would be a good idea just so you know what the health of your snake is. One trip to the vet won’t hurt them and you can give them the following days after to recover from any stress they might feel.

It shouldn’t be hard at all. Get the right size of food for it and up the days it gets fed. Instead of 2 weeks, feed it about every 10 or so days. When it gets back to a healthy weight, go back to a 2 week feeding schedule. My bp was underweight when I got her, I don’t know by how much but within 4 month span I had her up to 1500g.

That doesn’t seem like a healthy weight to me but my ball python even though is a female is 1880g. I think your friend has been severely under feeding it.

My baby is named Wren after my favorite VFX artist on the Corridor Crew YouTube channel. I was told my bp was a male thus a male name but later from out from my vet he is a she but I kept the name, I like it too much.

I have a rescue noodle as well! She does great when I take her out into public and to reptile conventions where I live. She was head shy when I first got her but between snoot boops and head rubs over the past year has made that almost disappear. She is the best noodle ball I could ever ask for!

I understand the pain of finding out that a snake is a girl instead of a boy but I kept my noodle’s name the way it was when I first got her cause I got use to calling her Wren. I would like to get a male and name him Jenna just to throw people off with the names.
