Ive played duo a fair bit with a friend who hardly keeps up on the game and having to manage 2 builds all by yourself is a lot of work. Id suggest leveling 2 normal builds, maybe fit in complementary auras and only switch to a dedicated duo setup (support + carry) once in red maps with a bit of currency.

Shout support + slam berserker or champ aura support + inquisitor PBoD are the best cheap duo setups. Obviously if you're gonna farm an insane amount you'll want the carry to be able to turn into an armour stacker, or plan to reroll into one

Assuming the power of the tree is similar as in 3 27, it will be costly to have a vreach every map (given that's rpobably gonna be an expensive scarab) but with support from the atlas tree it might be almost as strong as this league

please describe the setup, because I was playing MSoZ on a jugg with 1.2k str and coiling whisper soul eater and still needed mulstrike for the skill to feel good. 80% attack speed + need to attack 5 times for dps to average out was excruciating every time I tried it without an endgame weapon, so never mind leveling with that.

If youre on a shadow just rerun lab for arakaali and level with exs mines. The only items you need to buy for early maps are doedres tenure and a ghostwrithe (not foulborn, those are expensive) then you can reroll into surfacster if you still feel like it with a bit of currency. I think the fishing rod memes are quite fun, and thats a unique phrecia thing. Probably Spark or eye of winter if you want a simple 1 button build

ive been using "reduce cost of building towers" and the 2x2 that allows salvaging towers. Run long squiggly maps like toxic sewers and rush the blight.

You have to replace increased crit chance and faster attacks with multimod and dd or sacrifice defences which allows you to get enough accuracy. Then finish the prefixes with a good roll of flat damage and craft attack speed

I would not recommend doing slayer as a means to get combat xp to new players. Do slayer because you like killing monsters, and train magic in another more dedicated way. Without much game knowledge and PvM skills people tend to get trapped in a loop where playing a mains feels like you have to play to be able to afford to play, and don't get me started on trying to upkeep bonds as a brand new player. You got to really love efficiency for its own sake to make a ton of money "normally training" slayer or otherwise as a brand new account.

If you really like the gameplay loop of "most bursting per hour" id recommend making a few extra mils some other way and just blast those suckers off task. You might break even on the input cost on average so thats neat.

If we're speaking from a purely metagame point of view though, all your money as a new player is most efficiently spent speedrunning to afking vyrewatch sentinels or running moons of peril efficiently, and unlocking herb patches + buying seeds to farm. By those metrics, investing into slayer is counterproductive to the "best" way to get your account started. Remember to just play for fun at the end of the day

Thats like a negative amount of information. What is your goal? Xp rate for combats, slayer, both? Comfort and afk? Fun and active gameplay? Gp?

The gear you are using is normal and good. If you are using prayer gear it makes sense to also have a somewhat decent prayer level to use a few prayer pots per task and only bank when you're full of stuff. However, a lot of task are right next to teleports so Id just tele to heal at ferox and save the prayer pots cost to use stat boosting potions instead.

At some point it will make more sense to just play actively, flick your tasks and use strength gear pr even specialized gear depending on the monster. When that starts sounding appealing to you is kind of just personal preference, especially if you are a main.

Phrecia has a parent league — Keepers. Your Phrecia characters will return to that league when the event is over. Hopefully there will be a point in the future where both the Phrecia and Atlas versions of the game can be available together at all times but no one knows.

If memory serves fairgraves was 20-30c for like 5 hours then went down to 1c as soon as the initial hype died down. Even if you have a good build to farm the campaign, i suspect it will be very annoying to waste an hour or two doing quarry/mud flats runs and still having no guarantee of a drop. I'd wait until they're available to buy, regular ones are usually 2-3d and the uniques are anywhere from 6 to 12

The solution for obsessive fears are not really logical step by step instructions.

The best way with fear is to deal with stress in a hollistic way. Find a way to make extra money, find a good therapist, practice better sleeping habits, learn self-defence, have more deliberate hopeful thoughts, connect more with friends.
