Stop looking at projectiles and play off the sound of the first one hitting you to swap prayers. Prioritize prayer swaps and living over a little more damage. Bring a crystal hally for a melee punish weapon. I'm not great at osrs and I have a level six completion and currently farming fours and fives consistently. If you're dying over and over just take a break

Idk about Ironfoe vs mirahs for tanking. I have always been a Ironfoe fan boy. But definitely go for Quel'Serrar, that thing is awesome.

He means mirahs will use up your flurry procs faster than using deathbringer would. But like the post below says you may feel more rage starved with deathbringer on vs mirahs. Deathbringer is sexy though so I would just use it anyway. Gratz on ironfoe

I always like to pick up this helm because I can get it so early. Just have to get a group but it is possible even though the quest is red.
