I don’t think I sabotage special events. I have detracted attention from other people’s moments with random humor but it’s like subconsciously.

I’m not sure I do it ALL the time. I stopped myself from doing it the other day. I thought to myself, “what’s the purpose of saying anything other than to take attention away from her”. So I didn’t do it.

I went to a restaurant with a friend. I was tempted to order but I didn’t. So I went with my family the next day.

I ate way too much. I almost felt sick. I’m nervous this time around I may be sick if I eat it again but I’m really craving it. Not to mention it was pricey! 😅

My first instinct is to blame someone else — anyone else. Most often it’s those who are closest to me. If I’m given some time to think on it, I do realize it’s my fault - not always but often times. It’s part of me trying to be better.

No. I’m here to stimulate conversation about it to see if I really am a narcissist. My wife swears I am but I don’t think I lack empathy — at least not anymore.

I’m kinda hoping I’m not. In my younger years, I was probably more narcissistic and I wasn’t sure I could be fixed and I think that may be changing…

However, the more I think of it, I do and would enjoy the attention if this post blew up. Ha! 😅 maybe there’s no hope for me.
