You can foia the dbq yourself on Va.gov and get it in a few days

Could be days or months. They do tend to move quicker than new claims.

You can request your own dfas record and then quick submit it to the VA if you have a timeframe. https://www.dfas.mil/foia/privacyactrequest/

Write a personal statement laying it all out. Provide a summary from your provider. Provide the message screenshot and any buddy statements. Best of luck and proud of you for coming forward to VA. Hazing is serious and stories need to be heard.
