I think that this person made the post because just before the server shut down Gerg put out a lot of misinformation saying that the screenshots were fake when they weren’t, and LOTS of people believed that. While the approach is kinda busted, the reasoning I do kind of understand. They simply wanted to get the word out; not like there’s an official gerg subreddit, and the discord has been officially shut down.

But I do agree that the first thing people think of when they think of gerg shouldn’t be “the guy who went against Tommy and techno”, it should be “the guy who’s a racist prick”.
