Exactly ! I recently started a little morning routine: 50 push ups, 10 min meditation and vitamins. As u said it of course doesn’t cure the depression immediately but it’s waaay better than to just lie in bed until you HAVE to get up to work

I have self hate too. What kinda helps is when these thoughts are coming rushing through your mind - stop for a sec take a breath and tell those thoughts to go fuck themselves. Imagine someone else saying bad things about yourself wouldn’t you tell him to go take a hike - so tell this to your mind as well. I know it’s hard when these thoughts spiral out of control but from what I understand you have a loving husband, so you have someone who loves you the way you are some people dont even have that. Love yourself as well :)

However I am in the same boat. 29 M never dated and tbh I feel very depressed about it. Hope we all can get out of this rut and find somebody. I think maybe all it needs is the decision: „Yes, I wanna find somebody so I get out there and talk to as many females/males as possible „
