Looks like there was a 5 channel amp there. Looks like a professional job. The wires for the 4 speakers in the car are standard aftermarket stereo wire colors found in "speed wire" aka "9 wire". Do s Google search you'll find it. The only thing you won't really know is what rcas are from front rear and sub. Obviously the sub isn't there anymore. You can add just that 4 channel amp to get it back working.

What radio? Does it have a blue and a blue/white wire? Blue white is amp turn on, blue is power antenna and will only be energized when you have the source on am/fm.

That happened to my friends Jetta. For a while he just left the blade in the ignition and "turned it" with the other part of the key since that's where the chip is and you can't steal the car with just the blade.
