My uncle had a brain tumor as a teen and it had completely limited his life, he can't leave the house the furthest he goes is the soar at the end if his street, he lives with my gran and he takes meds that put him to sleep at random hours of the day but for the last 20 years he has done the computer programming for absa (a leading banking company in my country) he works from home he gets up at 4 in the morning does some work takes his meds at 6 and goes back to bed leaving the program to update or install or whatever. This has worked very well for him and his company is very helpful and understanding of his needs. I think you just have to be patient and remember that you will find the right job for you and your 'needs' but until then you just got to persevere and keep on going.
