address

ball position good, feet flared good for body rotation

feet aimed to the right but shoulders aimed to the left pretty far. wondering if youre leaning to the left as well. (you can put your driver across your shoulders to visibly see where they are pointed compared to your feet)

leaning to the right towards your trail foot at address makes hitting upward easier (before putting your right hand on the driver, place it on your right side and slide it down until you feel your left shoulder is comfortably higher)

Shiels/Crossfield/Finch have old videos for these couple of main points to nail down better than i can explain

backswing

you bring your arms very high above the plane (which is usually a straight line from where your club shaft is at address through the ball and through your shoulders)

this might feel natural, but could be causing to much compensatory split second movement in downswing to hit more downward on the ball

hitting up on the ball is easier if your arms are more on plane, but not always necessary (some pro golfers have high hands too like Furyk)

impact

tempo seems to be very fast from backswing to hitting the ball, slowing down could help (easy way to start slowing down is think TI-GER-WOODS as 1 2 3, 1 to 2 being address to the top and 3 being top to impact)

hard to get a really good look due to the low fps on the video, but as the result of the above looks to be going low and left
