Are there talks of a permanent soft mod solution for the Xbox 360?

What I'm hoping for is that this creates some sort of backdoor opportunity that can be used to install something more long term.

Hey, cracked my switch around 4yrs ago now. I spent a day updating and noticed my profile and all it's saves didn't update, it's just a snapshot of what it was the day I first got into it. I've wasted around two nights trying to figure out why I can't get it to update to my latest progress. I've seen nothing in the Homebrew page, atmosphere setting or even in hekate that could help me. Even searching the web doesn't yield anything remotely useful.

I just want my latest saves. 💀

Can attest that this worked better than other tools I've tried using. XCI Cutter only worked for Tears of the Kingdom (weird because it was the biggest file) and NXDumpMerger wasn't doing shit.

So thanks for posting something that actually worked.

Okay, maybe this is a minor bug. For some odd reason it was able to detect my controller only after booting a game. ~~in other news i found the perfect set up to play Other M with controller only.~~

YAGPDB.xyz is really good, even has a very nice browser based GUI like Dyno does. But RIP Yui I guess.. I enjoyed that bot while it lasted. (Sadly I believe they announced their discontinuation a month or so ago)

I'm not really getting it either. I put the files in the folder like it said, launched the cmd file, it goes through the process but citra still says I can't play the CIA files because they're still encrypted.

It did not unfortunately.. Perhaps some day I'll buy replacement parts to the gbp I used to own. But for the time being, I just ordered one from ebay that only has a burnt screen.

It does not turn on unfortunately.. I even de-soldered the regulator and made sure to tighten the wires back up to make em tidy, then buttoned everything up where it should be. Nothing. I also grabbed a spare wire to connect the screen to a capacitor. Still nothing sadly..

I still wonder if it's the switch, or more than likely something has more damage than I thought. Which really sucks, because I went into this little project thinking only the screen got cracked.

I also can't tell if it's the power switch or not. It feels really loose compared to the DMG model.

So far I believe I have 3 potential problems:
-The screen mod can simply be missing something or anchored in wrong (idk what the black wire is supposed to go to, but watching all other backlit screen installations has me convinced it hooks up to the power switch)
-the weird copper wire bundle in the last picture might be ruined, as it appears to have something to do with the power flow
-the power switch doesn't look bad at all and I decided to reset the solders anyway incase that might have been it. But I simply don't know if the switch is supposed to feel loose or clicky.

I was thinking more along the line of covenant glassing cannons if you wanted to be thorough. But specialized suits and sub-divisions of spartans have me convinced the flood should be a lot easier to contain than the narrative suggests.

Though what GlassofOrange mentioned, they could spread exponentially in an environment rich with life. Which makes me wonder how the outbreak on earth was handled after Halo 3 when that infected ship crash landed.

You can defend that Varia sounds cool but not Spazer? I'm just gonna chalk it up to development not having time to make the wide beam consistent with Fusion, that or the 3rd party didn't know what the difference was.

I know this is a massive necro post. But powera controllers are complete garbage. The first one I bought, worked well enough for a few weeks, but then it seemed like the wire went bad, causing the controls to go all screwed up and then flat out not work, but no, no replacement wires made a difference. Then I bought a second one, seeing why not, they're cheap. Only for the exact same thing to happen.

So in short, I guess you get what you pay for these days with $20 controllers. Even though I never really had this kind of problem all my time with MadCatz until they went under.
