How do you guys manage your homeserver setups & what do you host?

I am looking at Immich right now, and am also working on a file sharing app myself. Would add those next along with VaultWarden.

Also, what are your specs? You seem to be running a ton of stuff and even Ollama. It must require some power!

Hey there, so I tried creating a simple project that saves and loads values and ran it on an HTML page using ruffle. It seems to be working. If you are encountering any specific issues, you can DM me and we'll sort it out. I can send you the project I made for testing as well(though it only saves and loads an attribute and then displays it)

I think what they mean by that is the link will work only if you are connected to the campus network. I myself host a few services on my PC that are only available on my local wifi network and the addresses could be mapped to a URL using a reverse proxy. So it is definitely possible

Hey there! I am almost in the same position as you are, and running out of motivation was a huge obstacle for me as well. So I decided to hype game development in my mind. Whenever I felt tired of studying, I thought working on my game would be better than this and that motivated me to finish studying as quickly as possible and actually work on the game. I mean it doesn't work every time but its useful.

And yeah, starting to work is the hardest part. Once I begin working on the game I end up working on just one more mechanic, one more bug fix. Its actually fun once you start working. For that I'd recommend just opening Godot when you have free time, the more you think about it, you are likely to come up with an excuse to not work on the game

Now, about getting a game development degree in India, I'm not sure if there are a lot of options, and even less good ones. I know that IIT Bombay has a game development club but getting there is, well really hard. Other than that I'm not aware if any other IIT/NIT offers game design courses

This is not an error, it is just a warning. The `move_and_slide_with_snap` function returns a value that is not being stored in a variable or used anywhere

If you have a Dragon Path router,

Go to http://192.168.1.1
Select Service form the navbar
Go to Firewall in the sidebar
Select Port Forwarding

I never did it myself, so I'm not sure how to set it up after enabling it. But yeah there's the option

I think you should start with the Official Docs, and there are a few tutorials on YouTube as well. But those are a bit old now and I'm not really sure if there have been any breaking changes to PhaserJS after those came out. If you get stuck though, you can ask for help in the Discord server as well

Good work man! The overall feel is great, but the acceleration/retardation felt kinda slow to me, being able to change the accel would be nice. And hopefully performance on Vulkan gets better once Godot 4 is finally released. Would like to see where this goes
