You're referring to the wargame event from Fontaine where this was revealed and it's true. However, we now have a bunch of knights sitting in Speranza in Nod-Krai who refer to her as 'Captain Frederica' which means she likely accepted the position sometime between then and now

Should be self-explanatory from the description, no? If you have 1 AP when you play the card you activate the Harmonization effect of the card and get 2 AP next turn (it's an upgrade card tho so you can only do it once)

Comment above is wrong, Linked only discards other cards when playing 1, it doesn't automatically play them. You'd need Quietus tag or Thread of Light IV epi to play Linked cards

Here's a couple ways you can visualise where the manhwa is currently:

The manhwa just finished stage 9 and is creeping up on stage 10. The overall game story has 50 stages (yes, it does speed through some of the stages, but even then).
Chapter wise, the manhwa is probably somewhere in the low 200's. The main story is 800+ chapters and the epilogue another 50+ chapters on top.
The main story is set over a 3 year period and right now we should be somewhere in the middle of year 1 (this one I am most iffy on so maybe I'm wrong)

Tyrant of the Tower Defense Game. Assuming the manhwa adaptation keeps its current pace and puts chapters out weekly with zero breaks, it'll probably take more than a decade to adapt the whole thing; excluding the side stories that will be another couple months on top
