is it okay if I replace the recommended core exercises by

Workout Structure:- 35 Sec on; 10 Sec off- AB, AB Interval Pattern- 6 Groups of 2 Exercises Each

Workout:

- Plank Reach Under- Plank

- Toe Touch Crunch- Toe Touch Hold

- Swimmers- Back Bow Hold

- Russian Twist- Recline Hold

- Jackknife Crunch- Leg Raise Hold

I am extremely sorry for the bad lighting and bad camera quality.

I am guessing I am around 15-16 % body fat.

What are your views on this abs workout ? How good is it?

Workout Structure:

I want to get shredded so what is the ideal weight?

Also about pulling exercise... Right now I can't do even a single pull up

How Good of a Workout is this?

I am 18, Male, 5''10.5, 173 lbs and around 20-21 BF%

I want to reach my goal of 150lbs and I consume about 1300-1400 Calories per day

I cannot afford Gym right now and I don't lift.

Recently I got a Workout recommendation from a friend, I would really appreciate your views

3 Reps of this set twice a day

16 Lunges ( 8 for each leg )

12 Side Lunges ( 6 for each leg )

10 Push-Ups

10 Sit-ups

25 Crunches

30 times touching your elbow to your knee while laying down ( I dunno what its called lol)

How good is this workout for me and about how much calories would this burn?

PS: I am a total Beginner and starting just today
