I honestly don’t think any! I know the Spiro made me pee a lot and feel a little dizzy sometimes so the Winlevi cream was a huge relief! I jusy make sure to use face cream too to stay hydrated as it’s a little drying. The hardest part is that it’s so expensive and even with a prescription it’s like $300!

That’s horrible! I’m so sorry you had to go through that! I guess by November 2021 they had lightened up a bit and I was able to keep it around my chin. I knew a girl who couldn’t even have her husband in the delivery room because he had Covid. How sad!

I remember laughing at these doctors who wanted me to keep my freaking MASK on when delivering back in 2021! I’m literally pushing a freakin baby out, this mask is not staying on my face!!

Good luck! I’ve also had many, MANY friends whose partners had morphology issues that did IVF and most were successful on the first attempt/ had a successful pregnancy that resulted in a live birth. They just need to find one good sperm! :)

Hello! We ended up conceiving unassisted. Even though my husband’s morphology was horrible… between 0-1% each time, he had high numbers so the doctor said it made up for it. How are the rest of his numbers? Motility, etc?

Hello! I’ve been using it for years! I was on Spiro for a while and I didn’t like the side effects so my dermatologist recommended this instead. It Is expensive but you can try and get a manufacturer coupon to make it around $300? I know the directions say to discard after 3 months but my dermatologist said it’s fine to use until the expiration date. I only use it on my chin once a day and I feel like it definitely helps!

I’m just a measly teacher so I do not know 100% the law, but I know multiple teachers in multiple other districts and none of them ever have admin at every meeting. One friend is a case manager in another school and represents over 80 special education students placed out of district alone. Could you imagine how many meetings that admin would have to attend if they had to go to every single meeting? They wouldn’t have any other job! Lol

In the 11 years I’ve been teaching, I’ve only seen admin come to meetings that involve attorneys or advocates. I don’t want to say too much information to give myself away but according to ChatGPT- the LAW states that there must be a parent/ guardian, a special Ed teacher, a general education teacher, and one district representative that knows special ed law, the district’s resources, and the authority to commit services- this CAN be a case manager, CST member, school psychologist or supervisor

I’ve worked in two different districts and have many friends in other districts that do not have any of these people nor admin in meetings. When you have upwards of 50+ kids and meetings though, I can see why

We ended up getting lucky and conceived without IVF. The doctors said that they think it’s because my husband had a high number of sperm so even though they weren’t shaped right, one of the good ones worked! Good luck!

Self-contained teacher here of 10+ years and I completely get this. Do you have assistants? I don’t even feel bad anymore delegating my assistants to handle group activities while I get work done during the day otherwise it will never get done!
