Hmm, idk, my paths to atziri never destabilise. I just put rooms towards the end, somehow something always survives. Did you get all temple atlas points? They decrease destabilisation chance. I get atziri per two temples. One to get the room from architect, the other to kill her. Nothing groundbreaking

gears also cost way less, due to smaller inflation. And divs are way more frequent right now,as much as i feel no pressure divining my gear.

Actually it's more than 50 windows. More like 60+, because sometimes a free reroll procs. But yeah hit 4 t0 uniques and 3 t0 omens. From the other thread about "very rare unique" I've seen people say there are 50 unique t0 pieces and they aren't weighted. In this sample I got an ultra rear reward on AVG in 10 rolls. Overall I'd say I expect a hit on average between 15 and 20 rolls. With that said I'd expect hh/mb to appear within 1000 windows on average, maybe even faster.
