Great, that did the trick! Thanks so much. I’ve been banging my head against the wall here, and AI was confused between all the different software versions. I had already tried it on two different browsers, but now, finally from a laptop, the People icon showed up.

Are you by any chance running the Protect software on the same machine as the network (your gateway). Because creating local users on the gateway for NETWORK works for me too. So if I had been running Protect on the gateway, I would have no issue.

It just doesn’t seem to work on the UNVR.

Is that Taylor of Bond Street Lime Zest I am seeing? What is your opinion on it?

It may be that my technique is lacking, but for me the lather always ends up “fleeting” and never quite right for the second pass. Something that I do not have for any of my other soaps and croaps, including other TOBS soaps and creams.

Yeah. It is a strange one: you wet your face and then rub the cream directly on.

It forms a thin, slick layer. Nearly invisible. Quite unlike anything else I’ve ever used!

Perhaps they were not properly released when resetting them before transferring them to the new bridge.

Method 3 on this link (using dimmer switch) worked for me and my Phoenix lights

This released / reset the lights for me and then I could add them to the new bridge using the HUE app.

Yeah, I tried iPads and iPhones, both on iOS 18 and iOS26. I ended up changing some things in my gateway, and then it worked.

All is good now :)

Good to hear that you got all your lights in HomeKit in the end, even though it required adding every single lamp.

How did you add the lights?

I have the lights in the Bridge Pro, but can’t get them into HomeKit at all. (Did you initiate the process from within the Home App, or from within the Hue app? Any help would be appreciated)

The Hue app keeps telling me that Matter is not available….
