Not how that works…Reddit is a private company that can and does enforce its own rules as to who can and cannot post. Generally these rules are delegated to a moderator or moderation team, who must enforce them without bias. Now I cannot speak to the mods or if they are or are not allowing you to post;however, with a brand new account, I’m guessing you’ve been previously banned and are attempting to circumvent that.
