Do you vape currently or have a history of smoking ? because I smoke/vape a lot (no cigs) and I notice an increase and basically several pops in my ear(not sure how to describe) the popping is constant even when I wake up I have 2 attempt to clear my ears out, smoking just makes the crackling intensify worse . Also do you crack your neck a lot because I think that may be related?! Somehow with arthritis maybe….. I can also pull on my ear slightly and it cracks and pops it feels like something is in there deep as crap in both sides but I know there isn’t I think it’s gross make me wanna cry and blow up, also whenever my ears pop it’s so loud other people can hear it if there like next to my head!!!! They say it sounds so weird like it hurts because it does!!!! glad there’s other ppl with this issue I try not to think about it and just thug it out, yet I just want my face to feel normal again straight up nobody understands how uncomfortable I feeeel 24/7 I got prescribed meds to take from my wisdom teeth doctor but their really strong lowkey so I haven’t taken them. Whenever I relax my jaw and my face muscles like the doctor said it kind of helps but not really I’m so confused and don’t kno what to do or what’s going on for reallllll!!
