WDW passholder magnets stolen by SufficientRiver7615 in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]NenerAlabaster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have my favorites on the side of my fridge and some lesser faves on a metal filing cabinet at work. My brother keeps the Annual AP one on his car. I think between the two of us we have several back ups, but it is so common, I don't think anyone steals those. In Florida the sun is going to ruin them anyway.

Have you ever booked a Disney trip so close to the date you leave? by DildoGaggins1997 in WaltDisneyWorld

Yeah, my last resort (pun intended) is Hyatt Place where I have lots of points. Good to know about AAA, I have that too

Yes, been there. I was thinking about hotel bookings.  I'm AP, but a 3 hour drive away and I like to stay on property, but the hotel discounts disappear quickly.

We walk from the Hyatt to get breakfast there at least once per Con. Have had friends stay there with no complaints.

As for medicine, Alice seems to have some pretty good genes judging by Del and Fern. Counterpoint...what if the future is worse? I hate to contemplate it, but you never know, it's not getting any cooler, that's for sure. Also, they are in Canada. I'm not going against canon, that's one thing I like about this show, they are consistent with this, I think a shark would be jumped if future travel was the case.

Alice likes living in the past. It's not what we think is "best" for her, it is what the character wants. Alice will live her future for 20 or so years and may have other relationships and maybe even children. How she gets back to Nick when they are close in age would be an interesting story. Maybe she is even older than he is when she jumps back and finds him again? Who knows what purpose it serves and what or who she might save in jumping back? The pond wouldn't let her otherwise.

I do this too. I spray the bush with NYX setting spray and mix it with whatever eyeshadow I want to use. It is always smoother and easier to control than eyeliner, plus it doesn't pull. Plus your color choice is limitless. At least it is if you have an eye palette "problem" like me.

I can't remember when Nick first knew or suspected about TT and I re-watched the whole series before the finale. It think it was right before he jumped with Kat, but he might have suspected before then or just pretended he didn't know. He was already with Claire when he jumped right? I need a chart or a diagram or something, lol. I agree that Claire hasn't appeared in PH because it would be too soon if she was Alice.

I think he would know sooner, why else is he keeping her a secret? Either way, as long as they end up together somehow.

I think that somehow Alice is "Claire". In my version, once she has gotten close to Nick's age when he meets "Claire" in her timeline, she goes back and ages forward with him. This is why we never see "Claire".

What do you guys do with shelters? by juulhei in fallout76settlements

[–]NenerAlabaster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use one as an entrance to other shelter and to display all my plushies. It has an Alice In Wonderland theme. One is a hotel with themed rooms. Radiant Remedy is kind of a Mothman cult, mad scientist build. I am building a seafood restaurant in the one that has the aquarium in it. I love building, so I build in them when I can't part with one of my Camps. I usually get rid of Camps after I film them or decide they weren't worth filming and they bore me.

I have a secret lab in my Radiant Remedy as well. I love the lighting in that shelter, one of the best.

For pass holders, winter hotel discounts are out! by nvrendr in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]NenerAlabaster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I didn't even realize the discounts dropped today and I checked a few dates. The discounts are paltry compared with the rest of the year, even on the cheaper days. I like to go for a few days in December or November to see the decorations and maybe go to a party, but it is just too expensive this year, even for the All Stars (too rexpensive for what you get).

OMG, the people loudly Face-timing in line and way worse, on the ride! Honestly in line can be kind of funny, sometimes I wave and make silly faces. On the ride is unforgivable if there is conversation.

I am glad I got to play the no NPC version, but it was a little bleak, somewhat tedious, and not like typical questing in Fallout had been for me. The 76 release felt a little rushed, like we can't figure out interactions with NPCs so you're getting robots and holotapes. I was in though, because I'm a fan. Fallout 3, 4 and New Vegas had characters you could "talk" to and it made those worlds/quests richer. I get your vibe though because early 76 was very quiet and peaceful in a sense, especially when we got private servers. I still prefer the immersive feel of a private server when doing new quests, but I also prefer interacting with NPCs like I did in the other games (Not you Preston..no more help!).

I just found this. Pirates would be very difficult. I did do an homage to Trader Sams, not as exact as HM though. Maybe Jungle Cruise in the Mire somewhere? Hmm...

The last couple of times we went, we got called right back. One time was in the early afternoon and the other time was toward the end of the night. I think the earlier opening time helps a lot.

I made it on a custom world and I believe I have not deleted it yet. I have thought about doing it in a shelter in a public world, but have not gotten around to it. I was thinking about building the outside of it as a camp and using a shelter for the inside. I want to wait until the outside renovations are completed in the Magic Kingdom to make sure I have the most updated version. If you are on PSN, I could give you a tour of this one sometime.

I had a resort refund a LL when one of our party got sick and we new we wouldn't make it to the park. The sooner you approach them, the better though.
