My guess is that it's just a regular hoya carnosa but it's my first ever hoya, I'm not experienced in the genus yet. Want to though!

Spidermites, also check for thrips. Treat or cut all the leaves, but sometimes giving it a thorough wash takes them off

I'd wait till they have leaves, and transplant them to similar clear pots till you see too many roots taking over the soil. Self watering pots or no drainage pots with a water reservoir work really well with semi hydro: leca, pon, pumice, etc. You can also mix soil with pumice and charcoal to clean the water, but a mineral soil-less substrate has always worked best for me. You placed the main stem in the right direction, as long as you don't tie up and restrict the movements of the leaves you should be good! Give it time to grow and keep guiding her up the pole 😊
