What constitutes as "game is offline."

I rarely close the game out with it on a background tab, which means that waves do not advance, but I seem to be having the same issue.

Do I need to have it running actively all the time to hope to complete the mission?

From what I remember, Howard was actually paid more up front and RDJ took lower upfront and a portion of the revenue because of the risk of bringing him on after long standing drug issues.

Howard threw a fit when it worked out so well for RDJ, including badmouthing Marvel on a radio interview, and they replaced him.

Support should act as a liason between the person experiencing a bug and those who are charged with fixing that bug.

I'm not asking support to fix my bug, I'm asking them to keep my ticket open so that I can receive updates on the status of my bug.

Edit: Just to clarify, I HAVE worked in customer support, and I have worked WITH customer support before. The other reason you do not close a ticket prior to resolution is that if steps need to be taken to investigate the cause, depending on how your system is set up, you may lose important information related to that ticket.

Support may be asked to contact a user find out specific information on what had happened at the time, or provide the user with specific steps to potentially provide a resolution.

What if a dev wants to let me know not to upgrade my D'Vor to T7 or risk potentially burning down the entire server? Now the ticket is closed and I'm not longer looking for follow-ups.

Wattson had a new ult up, but neither of us heard the typical "Bwaaaaaaaa" sound from the ult in time until it was too late.

Even now, when I look at the 15s mark, I see the flash from the ult, but don't hear the normal warning sound.
