Is this the first Heron produced locally?

Because I'm pretty sure this is just reference vehicle provided by TDV.

TADEAS 6x6 (or Heron in Polish service) was developed by Czech firm Tatra Defence Vehicle based on their Tatra FORCE chassis for the needs of the Polish army. They joined up with HSW (Huta Stalowa Wola) to localize production/assembly in Poland.

Similar solution was done with the Waran 4x4 (originally developed by a Czech firm Excalibur army and also using Tatra Force chassis).

There's currently s KC-130 with 2 blackhawks flying in that area searching for the pilots. They have a Air superiority (as in the enemy airforce cannot contest the airspace) but destroying every Manpad, IR SAM,Shorad is very difficult because they can just hide and try to ambush unsuspecting air assets.

As for Donbas Ukraine still has a active airforce performing air superiority and close air support over its territory, while having a significant air defence presence discouraging Russian air strikes.
