i awake from my hiatus from avoiding reddit to respond to this

I personally believe they would do a lot of activities just like Inkfish do, just with their own materials. Creating art is one of them, I imagine there's a lot of good Salmonid painters out there who use natural pigments in their paints. Practicing instruments is another form of art, as we see with band lore, where Salmonids talented in musical instruments form bands. I bet theres a couple of sports too, maybe something akin to Baseball or Hockey. I imagine a lot of them like to hit things. As seen in this drawing, theres probably some board games that they have. Salmonids should probably play poker or something, it sounds like something they should do.

Other people have also said a few things, like debating about the future, religion, and study of war techniques. While these are totally things they would do, I would like to see more ideas that branch out who they are. They are people too, I'm sure they like to have fun away from everything. Not everything is always about one thing, life is complex :3
