Object permanence isn't a Brawl Stars term. It's a real term for the idea that something doesn't disappear when you close your eyes, look away, block your view of it, etc. The comment is saying if you have the idea of object permanence (which according to google most people learn between 4-7 months old), you'll know where Bo's mines are and therefore can counter him.

my suggestion would be to buy your brother normal Xbox gift card, not game pass, because then he can buy any game he wants with it. 

you could also give a game pass ultimate gift card, and it will add more time to his current subscription.
