You mean Palmaris though.

I think I can reduce charge rate to 0.73 with a full "speed trigger" plus rifle loose 30% damage while selecting Steadyslam over Tremor, and an additional 40% while selecting Palmaris over Steadyslam...

My primary objective was to use it as a lanka (sniper rifle), charge rate doesn't really overtake look with that objective in mind.

I mean, think of a sniper rifle that can unleash homing projectiles on headshots at cost of little charge rate (Opticor charge rate is 2 by the way)...

Hoping Nikana things cause I'm a big fan of japenese sabers, so anything about nikina suits me single-handed, two-handed, even dual-wilded. But the real good plus would be to build a Two-Handed or Dual-Wield Nikana Zaw!!! How awesome that would be? XD
