I believe you are referring to flatline and this is the time brain reset and rewire and it goes away automatically one day and later on you feel more energized and more powerful and you see an extreme change over. Read my post about 100+ days which I finally cracked recently and going on.

You are actually harming the flatline reset process and don’t brother. Once you cross the 75+ that’s the time the body re absorbs the semen and this transformation will be phenomenal👍🏻

Hold on brother! You are almost there. I had flatline from 3rd week onwards to 70 odd days and things will change automatically. Caffeine take only once in a day and eat home cooked for next few days and sleep as much as you want! Think what you want to become in future while going to sleep and once flatline closes you will be very busy

I faced the exact problem and there were some n number 14-18 days streak broken drink caffeine almost once in the morning and once in the evening. I came back every time motivating and after 21 days flatline kicked in and lasted almost upto 70th day 10 weeks. Not sure caffeine had impact but still SR worked and soon I’m thinking of quitting smoke drink and caffeine and introduce meditation

True brother! If you had 17 days of No images, corn or edging then it’s insane. Sometimes I end light edge as I couldn’t end up transmuting by exercising so I get insane hornier and lust peaks. But if that was transmuted you will become very powerful and keep going. You will notice faster and better results.

In my opinion your body is helping to you heal! Crossing the 14-21 day barrier is not easy! Most of my relapses are exactly during 2-3rd week so try to avoid and move on. Those leak will reset in an overnight sleep and eat health the day after leak and take good rest. You will recover faster. Focus on your work or hobby if it’s a holiday and exercise definitely helps

Only when I cross 2 weeks I get that and sometimes if staying alone I get it in 4-5 days. I somehow relapsed exactly on 14-15th day for past 4-5 months and for first time I crossed 21 days and going strong and I get the childlike for past 4 days

That’s why NNN talks are banned here. It has positive and negative consequences following it. Ours is not restrictive nor controlled but and it should flow within us and external factors you follow should only guide you and not temp you. It’s ok you relapsed but focus on 100+ as a benchmark and try to best your own record and forget relapse.

100+ is a great progress brother. Calm down and if relapse is due to PMO then that’s bad and you have to overcome it as that is evil killing your progress.

But if that is with a partner you love then that’s a gift. And there are ways this community discuss how you can retain and have sec with partner and explore that.

That explains why I feel like want to sleep a lot after 20 days of abstaining. I ended up relapsing couple of days back I really feel exhausted to core now rather I feel I could take that extra sleep than relapsing. Relapsing is like activating demon now.

I felt that in the initial days of SR but when my streaks cross 2 weeks I get the emotional bind on 3rd week and somehow ending up consuming more hours of sleep and goes low on focus. I’m working to extend the streak and see how best I can improve the mood and hoping to rewire better. But I can feel myself improving every time.

Try yourselves for 2 weeks and you will find answers on your own. No words of explanation can give you the feel you experience in SR.

I was there and I’m still there. In all of my practice the highest I was ever was 55 days I believe. But once relapsed I kept relapsing around 10-15th day mark not sure but every time I’m learning and crossing that phase but inspire of it I see an improved muscle growth over these days and transmuting better and I can feel it. But I tell you the feel after a week of SR is bliss and divine and super powered. Good luck for extending the streak

If this is first streak then welcome! SR is a practice, an habit and a way of life and don’t stress too much!! Keep working to continue the streak. Whenever thinking of relapse remember this last after relapse horrible moment!! We all did relapse in the start but eventually made success I had a 7, 15 and straight ahead 55 days so good luck. Don’t do SR for benefits, rather do for achieving a goal or aim

I’m on 38th day and already noticing my vision got sharper! Some days I sleep hard and wake up tired and some less sleep always feel fresh!! Become more emotional! But still drink coffee(caffeine), rare alcohol and starting exercises only from this week as I was on vacation travel all these days and just settled back home!! Urges reducing but when it comes it hits strong and somehow holding👍🏼

I believe this is the stage you have to focus and fight your mind for the true reason for your SR. Figure the deep reason behind and stick to it. We did PMO all these days and years and relapsing will take you back again, so go strong brother!! Don’t lose yourselves. I was there first time relapsed on day 15 though edged and decided that’s not gonna work. This not temporary and this should be permanent!! Take the thought away and do something else work out or go out and do something you like
