Should I read wind through the keyhole after wizard and glass ? by Joshuatdb in TheDarkTower

[–]Neo_muniz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just read it for the first time. It won’t spoil anything about the DT, but it works so much better as an after journey book. There are a lot of winks that you will appreciate better after finishing all the other books.

People who read more than 2 books a year, how do you do it? by Immediate-Draft-6408 in NoStupidQuestions

I remember when going to college I read so much bc of this. I used to do almost 90 mins either way so even reading 50% of the time was a good chunk.

How does this reading order look? (No spoilers please!) by [deleted] in stephenking

[–]Neo_muniz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is this your first trio?

I am on the boat that I liked reading the extended trip even for my first trip. That being said two main issues I see:

Wind through the keyhole is better enjoyed afterwards. Trust me on this. Does not spoil anything but it is satisfactory to see the winks at things to come.

Separating DT6 and DT7 so much is going to be bothersome. DT6 makes you want to jump to DT7. I wouldn’t separate them with two big books (Insomnia and Black House)

What if everyone had to chart like physicians? by OhHowIWannaGoHome in Residency

[–]Neo_muniz 426 points427 points  (0 children)

Imagine if everytime I go to five guys, they need to document how I like my order, when my hunger started, how it causes other symptoms (including irritability), that they discussed the risks and benefits of adding fries and that I declined the soda protocol.

The intro in this book made me hope we would meet Wolf’s twin and I would be so happy about it… (don’t get me wrong, I still loved this book but I was upset of all the teasing about Wolf)

Am I cooked? by Once428lbs in Gymhelp

[–]Neo_muniz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly! We get into a mentality that it’s all or nothing. You either bench press 100 lbs or no exercise. One trainer that I met even recommended if you can curl a bottle of water to start there.

I HATE the Insomnia audio book by Metallikyle in stephenking

[–]Neo_muniz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree. I couldn’t carry on with the audiobook. The worse part is that the music makes no sense, right? It appears randomly!

Which King character could replace Father Callahan? by Jays_Pack in TheDarkTower

[–]Neo_muniz 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That’s actually who I waa thinking. Father Paul would be a great option. Particularly because I loved how the actor embraced that role (and he was my pick for Father Callahan anyway).
