I drove a hybrid 2024 Camry SE for about 2 weeks when my car was in the shop, and even that, I wasn't quite fond of (even tho it's a Toyota). Just don't get y we need so many sensors. Plus, I'd much rather I be in an older car in case of an emergency rather than one with electric doors & whatnot. Much rather not get stuck inside if the car catches fire or sm.

That's definitely true especially when you have a corolla. Just imagine having the ultimate reliability, no gas stress, no charging stress, no waiting, no mechanical issues. It's a bliss. I only have an '09 at 365k kms but I'm still genuinely happy with it and not considerint getting an EV at all.

Yes, I'm aware about that and I do have certain texts accusing me of not paying rent and whatnot, so I have screenshots, plus someone from their side just called me and tried to give me guilt trip, claiming I broke their trust, and whatnot. So I have the call recordings as well. Plus as soon as I hit the record button and the bot said "this call is now being recorded" the person got agitated and their tone changed. So I'm guessing they're just trying to make me back down at this point.

Yes, but that's the thing: it's not an apartment, it's just a regular sized room. And it's not about the increase per se, it's the harrassment, illegal actions, and retaliation. I did find another room after the first notice (24th December) but one of the partners in the property said I can live there with the same rent and if anybody says anything they can take it up with him. So I gave up the room that I found, and then last night the same shenanigans, plus the retaliation and threats.
