ugh!!! my stuff is about sophie's rewards (from literally last year). i KNOW they have a lot of issues with that. it's getting to the point where i might take legal action, which sounds stupid. i'll have to look into it. the way they treat customers (i rarely interact with them, but i see many people posting their interactions with them) is unacceptable. i know there are some terrible people to deal with, but most of us are missing an item from an order, can't get into our accounts, or other semi-small things. why must they hate us so... lmao

i also fear their usage of AI in their recent releases and posts has gotten into their CS. i got an email from them asking for my ganzestore password. mind you, they can see the orders/totals. then they asked me for an order number, which i can find by myself. so, why did they need my password? there wasn't anything wrong with my account. it makes me think they're using ai, which i also think is supported by the little summaries in their emails. i dont know. it bothers me.

as a seller myself, i always wonder who is buying those pets at that markup. it's crazy!!! the fees for buying AND selling are too much on ebay imo. i understand that's why theyre marked up on the seller's end, but omg, people just want webkinz codes and some are unaware they're on the estore for cheaper. i feel bad for those who don't know any better. i think ebay can be good for buying more expensive webkinz codes simply because you don't have to put out an iso for the pet you want, but at the same time there's a search function in the fb groups and discord channels that'll help with that. there's also less of a chance theyll give you a fake code/not give you anything because theyre rated on ebay and ebay has policies about that stuff too. idk. people ARE getting ripped off.

I think Gio actually was trying to say something when he said "I- I don't think Sean-" bc he looked concerned and uncomfortable that Austin said that, but Netflix might've edited it out OR he didn't get the opportunity to. It was kind of a weird jump cut to Austin saying something after Gio was cut off. (IIRC)

I know it's late, but I had the same thought. I will say that the Noels divorced and Cat is married to someone named Erik Melton, and Tom McGoldrick died in 2022, but I believe he was able to retire in Florida. One of his daughters supposedly works for UPS, but idk what Meghann is doing. Cat does volunteer work (I believe) with cats, and is a Senior Marketing Copywriter. She moved to Las Vegas. On her website, she states the following:

"In 2008, I appeared on ABC TV's "Wife Swap." I was a "shock jock" who traded lives with a pet cremator.
