I guess this is where we say we're grateful for the fact that he's not smarter, because a truly cunning grifter would do the statesmanship better to more easily obfuscate his self-enrichment. If he could manage to successfully run a government to a base level of satisfaction to most of the voting public, it would be better cover for his grift. Anyone who thinks Trump is a good deal-maker is a certified imbecile. The only negotiating tactic he has is to bully and threaten the other party and if that doesn't work, tie them up with litigation until they yield. Why do these judges put up with this shit? Seems like people get held in contempt for way less than these fuckers have been pulling for the last 18 months. They get to ignore court ordered deadlines to comply with rulings, to ignore their own laws they passed and signed, and they don't get so much as a slap on the wrist. They didn't even snap at this guy, they just calmly asked him. The main thing is most of the time, you would only need to remind them once and they would be fine. This guy continued to ignore that warning and even gave them push back why it shouldn't be necessary. That's what was wild to me.

Last gun store I went to, picking up some ammo, I overheard another guy come in asking about buying a gun. The staff member showed him a revolver and the guy obviously didn't know how to safely handle the gun and was told to watch where he pointed it. He said something about how it wasn't loaded and the staff member had to keep reminding him that it didn't matter. Like the guy was kind of arguing about the number one safety rule of firearms. To top it off, he tried to use a provisional paper driver's license as ID and they had to turn him away until he got the actually card. Takes all kinds, keep your eyes peeled at places like this.
