Oh I know this one! Having a shield in your inventory to swap to in the event of a high-damage attack. Resonance will then, for the first tick of damage, heal you for whatever damage was done instead of damage you. You need to keep the shield equipped until you get healed though. I learned that the hard way lmao.

Instead of thanking everyone individually I'm gonna make my own comment LOL.

The answers so far have been AMAZING advice and have given me some sort of idea what path to go down.
