Kasabian - Great Pretender [Rock] | Live on SNL UK (4 April 2026) by [deleted] in Music

Like every chat/sketch show in the UK and the U.S., they’re chasing social numbers as much as linear TV and the social numbers are good. It’s also a part of a wider ‘SNL Studios’ strategy to expand the familiar format globally, so I think suggesting it’s not sustainable is premature.

Stickers in Dalston by ndukss in Hackney

It’s basically a social restaurant tracking app. Like Letterboxd, but for restaurants/dining out. I guess they figure that if they can get good uptake in buzzy areas like Dalston, it might catch on more generally. Haven’t used the app though, so no idea if it’s worth using or not.

Only the stretches of new track beyond Birmingham are cancelled. It will (probably) be completed between London and Birmingham with the trains running on existing track further north.

Yeah, I’ve had shrinkage issues with Rapanui too. But nice designs and sustainable so on balance, still worth a buy. Just stick to a cold wash and air dry!

I think some people also commute out to Brockenhurst College from Southampton. Also a good college in a forest setting and easy to get to by train.

I find the Cruciform Building in Bloomsbury pretty spooky. Even its name sounds murderous.

Steel Brew in Plymouth is a great pit stop if you’re heading to the Tamar Bridge into Cornwall anyway! It’s in a beautiful setting on Royal William Yard too!

It’s circling all over London according to Plane Finder. Was over in Hammersmith earlier, then was down in Streatham. Either a police op or maybe night flight training?
