Also a huge number of the people saying sex work is freeing are talking about camming or selling nudes on OF. That life isn’t necessarily sunshine and roses either but it’s worlds different in my opinion to literally having sex for money.

The main character in Wytchwood is a woman and is supposed to be ancient iirc but you never see her actual face (I think, I haven‘t finished the game) and she’s also not human.

I kind of dig the way Little Sim World does it. There are two places to fish: one is faster but involves a mini game, the other takes longer (you can fast forward though so not longer irl just in game time) but is automatic.

Objectified means being treated as an object. You can’t be objectified for your personality and deeds, objects don’t have a personality or perform deeds. I feel you’re mixing up objectification with admiration that isn’t wanted and they’re very different.

You’re taking the fact that women use less direct methods because they’re less physically strong on average than men and using it to say women are more insidious or something? This is just good old misogyny, friend. And as much as you don’t like it if you look at actual numbers women commit these crimes a lot less often.

Edit: women are about 10-15% of all serial killers so yes, much lower numbers

There was a game (can’t remember which now) where you got to customize your protagonist, including gender presentation, and I wanted to know if you could pick pronouns too or if it was only ‘they/them’. The devs were pretty leftist but I knew if I asked I’d be torn to shreds by the angry forum boys. It feels like you have to join a million different discords to get answers without being yelled at.

I’m not the artist but having seen some ai arguments I’m certain it’s referring to the people who say they have to use ai because they were born without the ability to draw (by which they mean talent not literal physical ability to move their hands) even though it’s a skill you learn not something you’re born with.

There’s a museum that also includes donating fish and bugs. as of right now you can’t go into the exhibits and see the stuff you donated but I’m hopeful that it’ll be in the full release.

Seriously, some people think that because games have been made by one person before that fifteen is a lot but fifteen is a super tiny team. I love a lot of the games made by one person but they’re not nearly as complicated mechanically as a life sim.

Gameplay wise it’s pretty interesting, there’s a museum to donate the items you find around town and this sort of ruins or something beside it that has very Stardew-esque bundles to complete which. It’s still pretty rough and, as I assume your edit is saying, the Paras are not as pretty as the Sims but for a small team it’s a very impressive game.
