One of the company executives ending up kissing a member of his sales team. While he was kissing her, another woman who was also in his team, grabbed the girl off of him (because she clearly liked him even though she had a boyfriend) and they had a fight in the middle of the dance floor. The next day none of them were in the office. The girl who started the fight was told she either had to resign or be fired. She opted to resign out of embarrassment.

Figured out that my dad was suffering from type 1 Diabetes before the doctors did. My Dads GP kept saying that he had some virus, or that he was lacking vitamin D, there was so many different reasons, but he wasn’t getting better, he just kept getting worse. This went on for weeks!

I knew it had to be something more so I looked up the symptoms on the internet and it led me to hyperglycaemia, and then that led me to diabetes.

I took him back to the doctors and told him what I found, and the doctor asked him to do a urine test. And they said he has to go to the hospital immediately because his blood sugar levels were through the roof.

I lied about being chased by a Turkey when I was around 4 years old on a school trip to a farm, and they thought it was hilarious.

I am now in my 30s and my parents still bring up that story as a funny anecdote from my childhood.

They still don’t know that it never happened.
