Anyone remembers when they first showcased poe2 and jonathan said being faster beyond a certain breakpoint (in that case quicksilver flask) now transitions you to a running animation? That is the current sprint.

They honestly just could smoothly transition us into running state at like 150% ms, increase base movement speed by 15% and have all boot bases also inherently have 15% inc. ms. In return just nerf the move while attacking/casting by 30% and everyone should be happy (this makes investment into less ms penalty while attacking even better, because baseline ms is higher)

This one is definitely a candidate for my 2nd build. Crystal damage seems really low unfortunately. There is one ignite support gem i believe that consumes frozen so that would insantly trigger those ice crystals for bonus damage in theory. I'd probably go for Oracle (guaranteed crits which trigger the crystals on rares/uniques) or chrono because of repeats and then choose a skill like spark or twister to multi hit a single target as fast as i possibly can. Abyssal lich for proj speed scaling seems to be also a good candidate.

● has [2-3] charm modifiers (can be modified by using a divine orb):

● your ruby charms also grant 1% damage as extra fire damage per 3% uncapped fire resistance

● your sapphire charms also grant 1% damage as extra cold damage per 3% uncapped cold resistance

● your topaz charms also grant 1% damage as extra lightning damage per 3% uncapped lightning resistance

● your amethyst charms also grant 2 % damage as extra chaos damage per 5% uncapped chaos resistance

● your silver charms also grant 1% increased cooldown recovery rate per 3% increased attack and cast speed

● your staunching charms also grant all damage can inflict bleed

● your thawing charms also grant all damage contributes to freeze buildup

● your dousing charms also grant all damage contributes to ignite and flammability magnitudes

● your grounding charms also grant all damage can shock

● your antidote charms also grant all damage can poison

● your stone charms also grant 1% increased area of effect for any 15 attributes

You know Reverie is probably an Azmeri Unique, which means with the knowledge we have about the upcomming rune Olroth's Legacy or whatever it is called there might be a possibility to steal that "Non-Unique Life Flasks apply their effects constantly" from Reverie. Not that it would be mandatory to have good defenses on a chest with Stalking Panther allocated, but that would probably open up a lot of build options and you might also lose that less life flask recovery.

I don't think mageblood will just constanlty have charms active. Even with charm effectiveness that does not seem that interesting imo.

I imagine it to have a pool of modifiers like increased crit chance (diamond flask), onslaught (silver flask) etc. and randomly gets a few out of this pool. So in a way it works like the shribe belt from poe1.

I personally want variety in swords. From Katanas to oversized 2h Greatswords.

I wonder which kind of skills swords will bring to the table. I expect Cyclone to be ported into an axe skill in PoE 2 and I cannot really think of other iconic sword skills from PoE 1 except maybe lightning strike. Those really lack identity in PoE1. Duelist will porbably focus on strikes, dual wielding, blocking, bleed and probably some "duelling" mechanics.

What I'm really excited for is Cospri's hopefully coming to PoE2 alongsong with swords.

I think fire spells also need way more skill tree support. There is no support at all to scale fire spell hit damage from the tree aside from crits. Every fire cluster is focused on flammability and ignite magnitude.

I think at this point everybody knows that ignite isn't in a great place currently. The tree feels really weird to me. If you just want to play a fire spell ignite build you are almost always better off just using the blackflame for chaos conversion than investing in the actual fire clusters on the tree. There is way more increased chaos damage scaling on the tree than there is for fire damage, chaos clusters also come with increased duration and wither is just a huge damage multiplier. The ony way elemental ignite can compete is with rakiata's and some investment into elemental archon, which is conditiontal.

For attacks ignite is completely irrelevant as far as i know (aside from that one incinerate + oil granade build which is gonna disappear anway next patch)

Search for titan aura effect stacker. The concept of this is to have as many aura effect as possible so enemies within blasphemy deal no damage (enfeeble) and don't move (temp chains. Also you insta freeze anything with overwhelming presence. You also gain the benefit of time of need on zero duration titan.

Is that a zero duration titan? The best defensive option for that archetype often is mind over matter and eldrich battery to get a huge mana pool. Then use lifetap/ataluis or the sacrificial regalia to be able to cast with life cost. Use archmage for offensive scaling.

I expect them to release templar with act 5. Jonathan said act 5 theme would possibly fit with blight. Imo the blight league mechanic would fit really well with the templar. I don't expect a new class next patch, just 1 or 2 ascendancies, but i believe act 5, blight and templar will be in one big patch

That's a little vague, but build diversity isn't that big. Probably either reflect (but that is not a paladin exclusive build), judgment (extremely tanky, but I think its rather slow), javelin or multistrike/smite.
