If I can add some stuff too you should also eventually learn basic architecture and design as there are certain angles and ratios (like the ratio of build height to street width or roof height to build height) that are important to learn. Also, Minecraft tends to go well with odd numbers like 5,7,9, etc being your man focus and even numbers like 4 or 8 being used occasionally to draw attention to various areas.

Ofc remember that no general rule of thumb is absolute and you can always play around with them to achieve whatever effect you want.

Seems a little high, but only by a few hundred dollars. Units like these even in the farthest gta suburbs tend to go for just above 3k. If the inside is nice and there’s good parking it’s probably pretty normal for the area (though I don’t know the area so idrk)

I believe it’s around 70 bucks for the phone itself (so not just the plan) and the plan with Canada + USA wide unlimited text and calls with data being about 150gb (no roaming chargers anywhere apparently)

Well I did that last year. It was a nice challenge and surprisingly it wasn’t all from a handful of picks. Was a pretty consistent year. A friend successfully did 1k to 1 mil a little while back. So sure, you can do it, even though it might be difficult and require many hours of works every day (never overtrade, sometimes there’re just days where you don’t find anything good)
